How did Romans government develop?
Early romans were divided into 2 classes:Patricians and Plebeians.The patricians were wealthy landowners..These nobles made up roman's wealthy classes.Most of the rome's people,however,were plebeians.This group included artisan,shopkeepers,,and owners of small farms.Both Patricians and Plebeians men where citizen.They had the right to vote and the responsibility to pay taxes and serve in the army.
How did Rome's government work?
Roma had a tripartite or 3 -part,government.One group of people enforce the law,another group made laws,and third group acts like huge or interpreted the law.They did checks and balance so none of the group would get stronger. Every year they would chose two consul. Pretors main job as to interpet the law and acted as judges in court. Rome's most important legislative body was the senate.

WHAT WAS THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN PLEBEIANS AND PATRICIANS ?
The plebeians complained having little power in roman republic. they fought alongside Patricians in the army and paw their tax payments. later the plebeians took action to bring out change. then on 494BCE the plebeians went on strike they refused to serve in the army and some also left the city. fairly they let the plebeians set up their own body of representative called council of the plebs, and elected tributes who brought plebs concern government attention the tribunes won right to veto government decisions.veto means so no or council the law or take out.but the partisans still had the most of the power and women remained without voice in government.
WHO WAS CINCINNATUS ?
The roman republic was a dictator but the dictator today is bad but back then they saw it as some thing good. they had complete control over the state. The ruler had temporary time to rule basis during emergency. As soon as the danger passed they had to give up their power . The best dictator was known is CINCINNTUS. about 460BCE a powerful enemy had surrounded the roman army.so they decided he was the man for the job and the officer saw him plowing his field. he was a loyal and devoted citizen he left his farm and gathered they army.

Carthage became the largest and richest city in Western Mediterranean because they controlled movements of goods.
